William Mark "Bill" Fagerbakke (nacido el 4 de Octubre de 1957; edad 67) es un actor americano y un actor de voz. El es un miembro principal del elenco para la franquicia de Bob Esponja, dandole la voz a Patricio Estrella.

Fuera de Bob Esponja, he is known for playing Assistant Coach Michael "Dauber" Dybinski on the TV series Coach. He has appeared in the films Funny Farm, El Jorobado de Notre Dame, and Stephen King's The Stand. In addition to his on-screen acting, Bill has done some other voice roles in shows like Transformers: Animated, Gargoyles, Lloyd in Space, among others.

• Bill Fagerbakke voiced Frosty the Snowman in the 2004 direct-to-video film The Legend of Frosty the Snowman. Tom Kenny also worked on the film, as the voice actor of Mayor Tinkerton.
• Both he and Clancy Brown did also make a voice acting role on Disney's Lloyd in Space (as Kurt Blobberts while Brown voiced Officer Horthon on the show).

Rodger Bumpass and Bill Fagerbakke's names are plastered on the bathroom door.
